We are always happy to show you around the farm. We love what we do and do what we love. We offer tours during our open season, and by appointment at other times. The Farm is open for tours May through October, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to Noon. During the late fall, winter and early spring our hours are by appointment only.
Visitors are encouraged to walk our 65’ diameter lavender labyrinth, discover our 600’ representation of the great serpent mound, pick berries, flowers and learn about our hugelkultur mounds. Our gift shop is open and filled with products made at the farm. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in nature and learn some fascinating new ideas. Visitors are welcome to bring sack lunches and enjoy a leisurely experience. Many groups, clubs, homeschoolers and organizations have enjoyed a picnic lunch while they hold meetings and then enjoy a tour around the farm or even get involved with a craft or workshop. When we give a tour, we give a tour! From general farm tours to tours created specifically on topics that interest your group, we truly love having you experience what we are about and hope you learn something new. Money raised from tours are put into our Permaculture Food Forest fund to help buy plants and trees. We can even incorporate a hands on activity for an additional fee.
Fees:
Self Guided Tour $3 per person
Guided Tour $5/ea
Clubs/Group/Home School Tours of 8 or more $3/ea Groups with less than 8 is $5/each
Please call 419-261-0908 to schedule larger tours of 8 or more.
